Teresa spent ten years as a nurse and a ward Sister specializing in spinal medicine and neurosurgery in London and Cambridgeshire before deciding to retrain as an osteopath. Teresa qualified with a first class honors degree in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy in 1998
Simeon London undertook his training in osteopathy in 1991, graduating in 1995, also with a first class Honours degree. He is a keen cyclist who enjoys exploring the hills and valleys of Ayrshire and Renfrewshire.
Since qualification he has worked at several osteopathic practices in the UK and abroad, as well as developing a passion for osteopathic education. He was Head of Clinical Education and Dean of Academic Development at the University College of Osteopathy in London.
I’m passionate about using the pilates method with my patients as its what worked for me. Before becoming an osteopath I was an engineer, working at a desk all day. I had persistent back pain after I decided to try to get fit and started cycling 20k to work every day!
Leah studied at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, qualifying as an osteopath in 2015. During her time at university she worked as a sports trainer for an amateur Australian Football League team and she is very interested in sports, both playing and watching. She has participated in swimming, waterpolo and netball. She is still a passionate follower of the Australian Football League. She loves travelling, meeting new people, exploring different cultures and eating as much as possible!
Cindy’s previous background is in professional acting, however she always had a keen interest in anatomy. Five years ago she decided to re-train as a Massage Therapist. After gaining her qualification in Swedish Massage and Anatomy and Physiology, she then went on to complete her Remedial and Sports Massage Diploma. She is passionate about treating each client as an individual, and catering to their needs through various remedial massage techniques and gentle mobilisations.
Elaine is a fully qualified massage therapist specialising in Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology and Reiki. Elaine qualified over 10 years ago from Western School of Massage and has continually developed her skills through courses at Glasgow City College and Gateway Workshops. The sessions Elaine delivers are centred around the patient’s individual needs. Elaine is passionate about helping people feel better physically and emotionally and prides herself on delivering this during and after every treatment.
